Dando voz a tu Marca Personal
Efraín Mendicuti @efrainm , nos deleitó con una interesante conferencia sobre Personal Branding. Se apoyó en algunos casos que ejemplificaban de manera muy clara qué es lo que significa el término: Age of Conversationy Orabrush de Dr. Bob.
Mencionó que solo hace falta una buena idea y empezar a experimentar. A manera de reflexión, invitó al público a pensar si tenían algún conocimiento que quisieran compartir y muchos coincidieron en que si. Fue entonces cuando los animó a hacerlo , apoyado en el nuevo concepto de la economía de compartir conocimiento.
A partir de los casos expuestos, compartió las coincidencias que encontró e invitó a la reflexión.
5 aprendizajes sobre el branding personal
1. Siguieron su pasión y encontraron su nicho. Definieron su marca.
2. Buscan ayudar a otros… antes de solo venderlos. Agregar valor es fundamental.
3. Participan en la conversación y escucha. Es básico entender y saber interpretar qué es lo que se está diciendo en la conversación.
4. Jamás se hacen llamar Gurú.
5. Convertirse en un agente de confianza, gente que agregue valor.
Lo resumió con la siguiente frase de Chris Brogan:
“Personal Branding is not about you, is about other people”.
Para concluir con su conferencia puso sobre la mesa las siguientes ideas:

3. Comunidad, somos parte de ella y tenemos obligación de aportar
4. Continuidad
5. Congruencia
