6 errores de marketing digital
El marketing digital es una disciplina relativamente nueva y el problema que en ocasiones se tiene es que quienes hacen la planeación de campañas carecen de determinados conocimientos para que esta sea exitosa.
Estos son algunos de los errores más frecuentes:
1. Falta de control
Una vez que se implementan las nuevas herramientas online, tener gente especializada que sepa manejarlas es fundamental y en muchas ocasiones se comete error de no tenerla.
Igualmente es importante mantener informada al personal de la empresa de las nuevas tácticas de las estrategia, porque nunca se sabe quién pueda hacer una aportación nueva o pueda detectar algún problema que quienes lo controlan no hayan visto.
2. Acceso restringido
Si las herramientas con las que se diseña un sitio web o bien alguna aplicación para redes sociales son demasiado pesadas, se puede estar limitando el acceso al usuario y por lo tanto quitarle efectividad a la campaña.
3. Desconocimiento
Cada industria y empresa necesita unas herramientas específicas, pero muchas empresas no quieren adoptarlas porque no están seguras de obtener rentabilidad y tampoco saben cómo hacerlo por lo que terminan aplicando “recetas” estándar, con muy poca utilidad.
4. Medición errónea
El marketing digital evoluciona a pasos agigantados y cada día se descubren nuevas formas de medir la efectividad de las campañas. Lo que en un principio se tenía como top era el CCP y medir el fortalecimiento de la marca, pero hoy en día existen más herramientas que pueden ayudar a que la medición sea más exacta.
5. No todo es online
No debemos depositar todo en lo que sucede en línea, sobretodo porque no siempre nuestro público objetivo está ahí y además porque tanto las acciones online como las offline deben trabajarse en conjunto, de manera que se asegure un mayor impacto.
6.Herramientas complejas
El usuario busca respuestas rápidas y por lo tanto cuando le presentas herramientas complejas terminas por desesperarlo. No siempre lo más ‟equipado” es lo mejor, mientras más sencillo lo pongas, más oportunidades tendrás de que tu campaña sea exitosa.
