2. El Marketing Integrado, el cual involucra la Web, móvil, BTL, TV y radio, que unidos es la mejor estrategia que se puede usar en la actualidad. Cualquier campaña que no tenga esta combinación en la hoy en día, está perdida.
3. Las mejores personas que pueden estar en tu empresa, son las que aprendan a integrar absolutamente todo, entre equipo y herramientas
4. Inversión online obligada, se tiene que invertir en promedio del 8% al 30% de la inversión total en publicidad.
5. Ojo con las aplicaciones y las tablets. Es una tendencia hacia donde los clientes van a medir las compañías en cuestión de innovación.
6. Renovación de brand equity, actualmente es lo que vale en dinero y en libros, pero también se tiene que tomar en cuenta el valor de mi servicio 360° y el valor de mi contenido.
7. El Contenido premium, hay que invertir en poner las marcas y experiencias con contenido premium lo cual hará que la marca se fortalezca y esto generará mejor branding.
8. Plan multiplataforma digital, lo cual involucre mi sitio, mi comunidad, mi producto como un medio y móvil.
9. Outsourcing, esto significa realizar branding, aplicaciones, desarrollo de sitio, creatividad, CPC, producción de contenido, reporte y control, CRM, marketing directo y adwords buscador.
10.Buscador, tiene que ser esencial y fundamental en el marco completo de tu marca, la gente va a buscar todo, tu marca tiene que estar en los motores de búsqueda.
