#mktAMIPCI: La reputación la controla el usuario
Martín Enríquez de SocialMetrix nos presenta diferentes datos y conceptos que son necesarios para tener un excelente manejo de tu marca en el Social Media.
Primero lo más importante es ser inteligente, escuchar con atención, entender e influir, esto a su vez aplicarlo dentro del Social Media, el cual de un forma sencilla, se trata de un grupo de personas conversando.
Así que hay que tomar ciertos sucesos que hay que destacar:
-96% de la generación Y participa en algún Social Network
-Facebook agregó a su base 200 millones de usuarios en menos de 1 año
-El segmento que mas crece en Facebook son las mujeres de entre 55 y 65 años.
-78% de los consumidores confían en las recomendaciones de otros consumidores
-Solo el 14% confía en la publicidad
¿Aún no te convences? Estos son los 2 motores de los medios sociales y algunas cifras:
-Facebook: 500 millones de usuarios, cada usuario está conectado en promedio con otras 130 personas, en promedio cada usuario publica 70 mensajes por mes
-Twitter: 105 millones de usuarios, 300,000 nuevos usuarios por día.
Mediante estas herramientas podemos enviarle mensajes con nuestra marca al usuario. Esto es muy importante, ya que es la validación del mensaje que se va a enviar al consumidor, el cual tiene que ser muy especifico. El mensaje tiene que ser claro y preciso, ya que cuando se llega a adquirir el producto, la persona ya tiene toda la información posible del producto y la tienda ya no podrá hacer mucho en contra del contenido que el usuario adquirió en línea.
Las redes sociales funcionan para que las marcas tengan más cantidad de opiniones, y así identificar lo que para el usuario es más relevante para él y para la empresa.
Es importante definir objetivos, planificar el perfil de tu marca e iniciar el dialogo con tus consumidores, y así seguir teniendo un feedback de lo que es importante para el consumidor, y que empiece a personalizar los productos, lo cual tiene un valor muy alto para el desarrollo del producto y para la imagen de la marca.
Por último, estos son puntos clave para que tu marca siempre tenga buena imagen:
-No mentir, decir siempre la verdad a las personas.
-No intentar convencer, ser objetivo.
-Intentar ayudar, identificar las necesidades reales del consumidores
-No alabar tu marca
-Aportar información y mucho contenido
-Ponerte en el lugar del consumidor, para comprender su experiencia con tu marca y ofrecerle mejor en cosas.
Es así como al final de todo, el usuario tendrá la última palabra desde recomendar tu marca y llegar a la compra, o simplemente no hacerlo, afectar las recomendaciones y darle a tu marca un golpe bajo, pero, afortunadamente en parte puedes controlar eso dando un buen mensaje a los usuarios.
