McDonald´s, 25 aniversario y redes sociales
McDonald´s es una de las marcas Top of Mind en nuestro país, su posicionamiento a lo largo de estos años es un gran ejemplo a seguir. Una empresa y una marca que se se ha mantenido vigente, celebran sus 25 años de existencia en México.
La primera sucursal fue inaugurada el 29 de octubre de 1985, ubicada en la zona del Pedregal, en cuestión de marketing y de producto podemos decir que este fue un gran suceso por la llegada de una de las grandes marcas Estadounidenses a nuestro país.
A 25 años de este gran momento, McDonald´s quiere celebrarlo en grande y de manera un poco diferente. Aprovechando el gran impacto y el gran potencial de las redes sociales hoy en día, así que la gran M quiere celebrar su 25 aniversario buscando al crew original que trabajó en esa primera sucursal.
Una campaña totalmente dirigida a el uso de las redes sociales, no solo para encontrar el equipo original, sino también para posicionar la marca dentro de Twitter y Facebook.
En artículos pasados hemos hablado sobre como integrarte a Social Media y a las redes sociales, y hemos insistido en el hecho de que integrar las redes sociales a tu estrategia general de Mercadotecnia no es solo abrir un perfil en cualquier o en todas las herramientas de Internet, sino es desde estar atentos a lo que hablan de tu marca, entender e interactuar con tus usuarios.
Una de las mejores maneras de que tu marca entre de lleno a Twitter y a Facebook es permanecer vigente en los ojos y boca de los usuarios, por supuesto que puedes difundir tus nuevas promociones, lanzamientos de nuevos productos y servicios, anunciar la apertura de nuevas sucursales, etc. pero, un tweet o post de este tipo te puede dar un impacto de corto plazo, nos referimos a que la gente puede enterarse de esto y tal vez comunicarlo con otros usuarios, sin embargo, solo estás dando información, no estás motivando a tus consumidores a que interactúen o hagan algo con esa información.
Como ya hablamos anteriormente, tienes que manejar la información adecuadamente para que todo ese contenido no se quede en el aire y sea solo un “post más”. La mejor manera de crear interés en la gente y que se hable de tu marca en todo momento, es motivar a los usuarios con alguna situación que les de esa necesidad de hablar de tu marca.
McDonald´s está haciendo de forma correcta esto, ellos están creando una necesidad para que el usuario empiece a postear sobre su festejo de aniversario, están prácticamente diciendo lo que tienes que hacer para que tu marca empiece a ser nombrada en las redes sociales, y a su vez la causa es perfecta para uso del Twitter y del Facebook.
Así que, no dudes en estar al tanto y darle seguimiento a esta nueva campaña de McDonald´s mediante su cuenta de Twitter y Facebook, y si conoces a alguien que trabajó en la primera sucursal de McDonald´s en México, no dudes en comunicarlo y compartir la información para que sean parte de la gran sorpresa que tienen preparada para ellos.
