Nuevo Facebook, ideal para PyMES
Facebook dio a conocer hace unos días las nuevas características que lanzará paulatinamente a todos sus usuarios.
Básicamente, esta nueva actualización permite a los usuarios tener más control y tener la habilidad de compartir información con grupos pequeños de usuarios. Así que, ¿Cómo pueden estos cambios ayudar a tu PyME?
De entrada Facebook es una excelente herramienta para compartir información con los usuarios e interactuar con ellos, pero creemos que los cambios de esta red social podrían beneficiar a las pequeñas empresas, ¿Cómo?, De la siguiente manera.
1.Grupos
La nueva característica de Groups, permite que los negocios compartan la información de manera más precisa dirigiéndose a nichos más pequeños de mercado. Ahora puedes etiquetar a las personas que quieras, así como lo haces para las fotos. Los Grupos te permiten agregar al usuario que tu desees y a su vez, ellos pueden añadir a quien ellos quieran. No se necesita request o permiso. Muy fácil y rápido.
Desde la perspectiva de un negocio, ayuda a separar a tus contactos en diferentes categorías, lo puedes hacer así: clientes potenciales, consumidores actuales, socios, management, empleados, etc. Esto ayuda a dirigir la información para cada uno de tus grupos y hacerles llegar el mensaje de tu marca de una manera más especifica.
Para hacer esto mejor, Facebook ahora ofrece soporte completo para integración de email. Así que ahora, puedes compartir información de forma eficiente ya sea dentro o afuera de la red social.
2.Más control de usuario
Siempre había sido una gran discusión la filosofía de que Facebook debería dar más control a los usuarios. Especialmente tiene mucho sentido para los negocios, quienes prosperan en tal flexibilidad y poder, estamos seguros de que esto ayudará a Facebook a emerger como el ambiente social más poderoso propiciado por las necesidades de los negocios y los usuarios.
Más vale tarde que nunca, la privacidad ha sido la mayor preocupación entre todos los usuarios de Facebook, y al final de todo, Facebook lo ha hecho bien.
3.Groups vs. Fan Pages vs. Listas de Twitter
Para ser honestos, las listas de Twitter siguen las misma esencia de lo que serán los Grupos de Facebook.
Pero es importante que los usuarios sepan como funcionan los nuevos Grupos, especialmente las pequeñas empresas que están buscando formas de innovar y llegar con nuevas ideas céntricas del uso de Facebook para impulsar sus marcas, productos y/o servicios.
Muchos críticas argumentan que lo Grupos de Facebook son solamente un nuevo “nombre de marketing” para los Fan Pages. Los Grupos son un lugar que sirven para compartir información de un tema en especifico y que puede difundirse con un nicho muy especifico. Los Grupos ofrecen mucho mas potencial que los Fan Pages desde una perspectiva de marketing online.
La esencia de todo esto, es que las PyMES pueden aprovechar las nuevas características de Facebook, específicamente de los Grupos, para llegar a una audiencia que tal vez sea un poco difícil llegar cuando existen millones de usuarios en una o más redes sociales.
La idea es que las pequeñas empresas, se acerquen, se den a conocer y se den el lujo de saber quienes son su target y manejar la información según el tipo de consumidor al que se están dirigiendo.
